Gracie Barra is pleased to announce the launch of it’s new «Fundamentals of Wrestling» class. This class will be held every friday from 5pm to 6pm. The class is open for ages 6 – 13. Class for 14+ will be at 6pm. The class will cover the following areas of wrestling and takedowns: Stance/motion Handfighting/pummeling Leg Attacks/shot finishes Scrambling Pinning Combinations and more!
