With the festive season upon us many can feel overwhelmed, and burnt out before we have even begun. Autumn is drawing into Winter and we need to move with it. Bringing softness and strength together in yoga we can be prepared for the challenges of Christmas and the new year whilst not pushing ourselves beyond our limits. In this afternoon we will move through a deliciously warm practise where we will focus on twisting out stresses, building inner and outer strength as well as inverting to change our perspective! Our physical practise will be followed by some gorgeous warming snacks and tea. We will then be meditating, playing with some chanting (not mandatory) and learning about Mudras (hand positions) to help relieve stress and calm the mind. This workshop will be limited to 10 people and will include a take away goodie bag with some yoga flows to do at home.
