Poetry: The Perfect Gift! – Looking for a unique holiday gift for a friend, loved one or yourself? Typewriter Rodeo will craft custom poems on any topic you want, lovingly typed on vintage typewriters. “Snowball” Fight – Enter the arena and take down your friends with Texas-style “snowballs.” Caroling with a Twist – One Ounce Opera gets you in the holiday spirit with re-imagined twists on classic gems and seasonal carols. Cool Puzzle – Use language, logic and lateral thinking with Puzzled Pint Austin, a free beginner friendly puzzle solving event held on the second Tuesday of each month. December Skies – Explore the constellations and stars of the December sky from inside the Texas Museum of Science & Technology’s mobile planetarium. Cold Chemistry – With icy explosions and freezing phase changes, UT’s Fun with Chemistry Program will dazzle with some super cool science. Flying Tinsel – No wizarding skills required–use science to make a piece of tinsel fly. Texas Pro DJ – Spinning tunes all night. Whole Foods Market Food Truck – No mystery here.
