The Leadership Academy is a Resident Community Building & Leadership Development course created to help empower Delaware residents to step into more effective leadership roles through community project building & positive change making opportunities in their communities. The workshops were created to ignite true Change- Makers to be and make the changes through shared community ideas and collaborations. The course is Free and can lead to Community Project funding with 100% participation of all required class time & assignments. The Resident Leadership Development Academy will be held every Tuesday beginning October 15th, 2019 from 6:00pm-7:30pm.
