FAQs What are the event dates and times?Each event will be held on a Saturday morning from 10:00 am – 12:00 sales will close 8 days before each event to allow for catering orders. While the mini-masterclasses are designed for creatives, all types of businesses can benefit from the information, and you are welcome to attend. What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?There is plenty of free off-street parking at the venue. It is a 20 minute walk from Wellington Point Train Station and there are bus stops nearby. Can I purchase a ticket on the day?As we will have morning tea for each event, we need to close RSVP’s a week before each mini-masterclass. All tickets will be sold online. How can I contact the organiser with any questions?You can contact Andrea on magic@ What’s the refund policy?There is no refund of tickets, due to venue policy for catering numbers notification. However, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?Yes, see above. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?Applause Genie are a sustainable organisation and we would prefer you didn’t print your ticket. We will have a list of guests to be checked off at the door. Are the sessions catered? Will there be food that suits my dietary requirements?Yes, there will be morning tea with a choice of tea or coffee with a cake or slice. Those with particular dietary requirements will be catered for.
