This workshop discusses concepts to consider and apply in daily life that benefits mental health development, growth, self-regulation and in general balanced thinking. This workshop is designed to cover concepts such as seeing people as people versus seeing people as objects, the Johari Window etc in order to encourage more healthier ways of being in the world.
