In this experiential training, participants will explore and practice a variety of embodied techniques to enhance positivity, sharpen focus, and cultivate calm. Activities are drawn from both modern and ancient bodies of knowledge, including neurophysiology, crisis intervention techniques, yoga practices, and research on the impact of mindful breathing and meditation for emotional regulation and overall well-being. This training provides three (3) contact hours, CEU applicable for most professions. This session builds on the practices and tools introduced in Compassion Without Fatigue; however, this class may be taken without having completed the CWF course.
