FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Registration is open to those ages 16 and above. Are there still registrations left? Yes – registration is open through the conference at and will be available onsite for $99, payable by cash, check or credit card. Is there childcare available? No, there will be no childcare options available for the daytime or evening sessions. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There will be free parking available at: All day/evening: The Lighthouse Church 4501 W. 127th Street Alsip, IL 3:00pm – 12:00am – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only: Additional free monitored overflow parking at the Swap-o-Rama parking lot4350 W 129th St, Alsip, IL 60803. All Lighthouse Church choir and staff is asked to park here please so that the church lot can be reserved for guests. If you park at the offsite remote lot on 129th St, there will be a shuttle running from 3:00pm-12am. If you do not see a shuttle, you can call the number posted in the lot which will reach the driver directly. Are there shuttles between the hotels? There will only be a shuttle running between The Lighthouse Church and the Doubletree Hotel during the workshop times on Thursday and Friday. The shuttle will not run to the local hotels outside of the workshop slots (no shuttles during the evening worship) If you park at the offsite remote lot on 129th St, there will be a shuttle running from 3:00pm-12am. If you do not see a shuttle, you can call the number posted in the lot which will reach the driver directly. Is my registration/ticket transferable? Yes but the person must check in under the registered name. How long is my seating in the Sanctuary guaranteed for? All registered participants have guaranteed seating in the Main Sanctuary but you MUST be in place by 6:45pm nightly or the seating will be opened up to the public. Doors will open at 5:30pm. If you participate in the mass choir rehearsal, you will already be in the Sanctuary before doors open so we highly recommend joining! Can I bring a guest which is not registered? The daytime workshops and mass choir are for registered participants only. You can register onsite for the same $99 rate. Evening worship celebrations are FREE however only registered participants are guaranteed seating provided they are in the Sanctuary by 6:45pm. After that, all seating will be open to the public. The seating in the Sanctuary is limited and will be closed once we reach capacity. Any guests you bring that are not registered will be asked to stand in the non-registered line and we will fill the Sanctuary in order of the line. Can I switch to different classes under other tracks than the one registered for? Yes, absolutely. You can attend whichever workshop you’d like during the conference. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No. They will be able to look up all registered participants at the Registration Desk. What is the attire? No specific attire requirements though the tone will be business casual. Will I be able to personally meet any of the Keynote Guests? At this point we do not have any meet and greet agreements arranged with the keynote guests. Will there be food? No meals are included in the registration cost however we will offer several options on campus: Chick Fil-a will be our on-site restaurant. Registered participants can pre-order a box lunch or dinner for Thursday or Friday and limited sandwiches and salads will also be available for sale on site during lunch and dinner Thursday and Friday. The All Nations Bookstore and Cafe’ will be open throughout the conference to provide coffee, smoothies, tea and more as well as light fare – sandwiches, fruit, baked goods.
