Sourdough bread – troubleshooting & tutorial with Ann…

Get the basics of bread-baking right with expert advice from teacher and micro-bakery founder, Anna of Anna’s Kitchen. If you’ve had a go at making sourdough during lockdown but the results have been inconsistent (or consistently disappointing), or if you’ve heard the hype about sourdough but haven’t yet taken the plunge, Anna Haynes from Anna’s Kitchen is here to help. Anna has recorded a sourdough country bread video that provides a step-by-step method for making her tried and tested recipe which we will share with those booking this class. We also provide options for sourcing a sourdough starter if you do not already have one. After you try the video recipe at home at your own convenience, Anna will then be hosting this live troubleshooting session (15th July, 5.30pm) as a follow up to the video to answer your questions and help with common problems, for example: something went wrong, can I change the recipe, how do I make the process fit around my work etc. Previous participants on Anna’s classes said: «Excellent tuition, very friendly. Liked learning new skills & more about bread.» «Liked all the explanations of baking chemistry, I learned so much!» » Very good teacher, facilities & recipes. I will be making all of it regularly.» Dietary requirements: The menu for this session is vegan/ vegetarian, for any other dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking.
