Save Our Waters Week 2019 Kayak Tour – BYO Boat

Looking for something to do? Join Us! This paddle is design for all skill levels and rental boats are available []! Pre-Registration is REQUIRED! Florida Coastal Office, Florida Park Service and Florida Public Archaeology Network representatives are excited to host a guided kayak tour exploring the waters of the Crystal River. On our venture, we will explore the scenic waters and hidden gems while discussing culture and the natural communities of this area. By registering for this option, you are agreeing to bring your own vessel, life vests, paddles and whistles. Participants under this option are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to wear their life vests and will need to be able to maneuver their vessel independently for approximately 5 total miles for this tour. We will not be in open water, but will be in the Crystal River, where motor boat presence is expected. Sunscreen, Bug Spray, Water, Lunch/Snacks are strongly encouraged.
