In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, you’ll learn all the skills needed to make classic sushi favorites from scratch, including how to prepare perfect sushi rice and make your own sauces. You’ll learn to craft a California roll, a seafood & avocado tower, and one of Chef Jared’s original rolls.All stations are supplied with the necessary tools and ingredients, so it’s easy to relax and have fun. This is a great activity for a date night, family outing, corporate team building event, or just a night out to socialize with friends and neighbors. Besides, we bet you never made sushi at a BBQ restaurant before!Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in, especially if you’re part of a large group. This event is BYOB. 21+ only. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Outside drinks are not allowed. He spent time living and traveling in Central America and even ran a kitchen in Panama.
