Start the new month re-focused and aligned with Sunday Sessions @The Balancing Elephant Studio Beginning with relaxed breathing and a gentle warm up, in this 90min class, let the sweet slow sounds of music and movement take you deeper into comfort.  With extended restorative positions, surrender and let go, bring yourself back into alignment and allow space in the deeper parts of your body and mind to open up and reignite.  Ending with a full guided yoga nidra (body awareness) meditation, you will glide out of the room feeling relaxed and re-set for your new month ahead START the NEW month CHILLED AF!
