Learn the secrets of one of Italy’s most famous dishes, Cacio e Pepe with respected chef Eros Gabugliese from Latte for a hands-on and entertaining experience. Class will start at 11:00am with a coffee and introduction to Italian food, followed by Eros taking you through a journey how to make authentic Italian pasta, making your own dough, and how to make the sauce for the best Cacio e Pepe you ever tasted. After a 2-hour interactive demonstration, you will be seated in our private dining room for an Italian lunch serving the pastas you made and some Italian dishes. Lunch will be accompanied with a glass of wine. Spots are limited, due to the intimacy experience we want to create.
