Join us for a day of Yoga in the outdoors to raise money for our dear friends in Mexico that are struggling to have their basic needs met during this time of no tourism. In Mexico there is little to no government assistance and most people live with little savings. These beautiful souls have taken care of me, my family, friends and retreat participants while we have visited Playa Del Carmen. They are some of the most kind, generous and loving people I have ever met and they have done so much to support us that I thought we could reach out and support them in their time of need. A little goes a long way in Mexico and any amount of donation will help them. To support them we will be having a day long Yoga-a -Thon that will be outdoors to respect social distancing measures. So what does this mean? We will have a day that will consist of a variety of classes including yoga, meditation, and mindfullness. We will be coming together as a community to support our community abroad.
