A: No. There is no safe location available, though Rolling Hills Community Church, should have sufficient parking to meet the needs of the capacity of the building. PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON BORLAND ROAD OR ANY OF THE NEARBY STREETS, and it is possible that law enforcement may feel it necessary to take action which could include having cars towed at the owner’s expense. Q: Do I have to pre-register? A: Please do. Pre-registration assures the fastest possible entry into the event and provides the most efficient management of the occupancy of the facility. While we will have on-site registration available if space allows, we will not be equipped to register crowds of people in a timely manner. Q: Do I have to preprint my tickets? A: Not this year! We will be able to look you up by your first and last name to check you into the event. Please be ready to give us the exact name you registered with. Q: Will the workshops and plenary sessions be recorded? A: Yes. However, due to the sensitivity of some ministries, a few workshops may not be available post-conference. While we do apologize for this inconvenience, we also ask for your understanding as we protect these ministries. Workshops and plenary speaker sessions that are recorded will be available soon after the event is completed. Please watch our website, , for availability within a week or two after the end of the conference. Q: Will there be food available to purchase? A: Yes. We will be providing meals for sale Friday evening and Saturday for lunch and dinner with a gluten-free option available. There will be no pre-ordered meals this year. Meals will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Food sales and distribution will be available downstairs in the basement. Also, Rolling Hills will be selling breakfast items and snacks as well as providing a full drink menu from their Atrium Café. They will not be distributing meals or providing sales support for the meals. Q: What about children? Do they have to register as well? A: As always, we do ask children age 12 and up to register.
