Join us for this series of workshops that examines leadership through the lens of design thinking. We’ll tackle your specific challenges and move beyond the theoretical to innovate practical solutions to your leadership quandaries. To aid in your learning, we’ll use the metaphors of velocity and vehicle dynamics to frame activities and discussions. They are perfectly applicable to leadership, and starting with a topic we are familiar with will help connect and embed learning. You’ll leave each session with a concrete action plan and a new appreciation for your opportunity to lead and impact those around you. The Level X program is divided into 10 monthly sessions. Particpants may choose the sessions that are most relevant to them, or register for blcoks of sessions at a discounted rate. During each half-day session, participants will do a deep dive into their specific challenges regarding the specific leadership topic.
