Junior Rangers All Fired Up – Shepparton Regional Park

Learn about the role rangers play in fighting bushfires and gain an insight to how fires are planned for and managed in our national parks. Junior Rangers will explore the adaptations of native flora and fauna to deal with fire and how the bush recovers after a bush fire. This activity is suitable for children aged 6-12, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Please bring water, sunscreen, insect repellent, and wear enclosed shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Meet at the Toolamba Primary School car park, Wren Street, Toolamba. Please note that this event may be cancelled in case of an emergency.
