Yes, presentations will be available to you after the conference is over. Hotel- do you recommend any hotels in the area? The user conference will be held at the Christophstraße 15-17 in Cologne. Your registration includes the following meals: breakfast and lunch on both Thursday, 19 September and Wednesday, 20 September. Registration Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, you do not need to bring your printed ticket to the event. We will be able to check you in on-site. Can I update my registration information? Yes, visit the user conference registration site, log in, and change your information online. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? You may transfer your registration to a colleague at your company. Please be sure to change the registration information online by logging into the registration site. Do I need to require to register for sessions? Yes, we will open sessions registration in July and highly recommend you register for the sessions you would like to attend. We will use the registration information to ensure there is enough seating in each session. What is the refund policy? Once you register for the user conference, we cannot offer a refund but you can transfer your registration to another person.
