IAAP Twin Cities Southeast Branch – Life Cleansing for Ad…

Just like windows occasionally need to be washed in order to see through them clearly, people also have times that call for cleaning and restoration. Life Cleansing is a way to clear built-up residue and create the space and intention for discovery and change. This course is specifically designed to help administrative professionals understand how habits, patterns, and the ego can impact their reactions, attitude, and productivity as well as impact and possibly sabotage internal and external work relationships. In this course, attendees will . . . Understand, identify, and learn to manage and release disruptive or unproductive habits and patterns. Understand and identify the source of ego (victim/predator modes) and how it can cause disruptive thinking and action. Learn how to evaluate their work environments, expectations, thoughts, and behaviors on an ongoing basis to keep the residue cleared. Understand the importance of internalized communication before it becomes externalized reaction. Presented by: Karin M. Gray ** CEU Pending Approval Branch Director:  Gregory Crane, MOS (gcrane@gesmn.org) *Taxes and processing fees not included in ticket price
