Financial Capability Coaching We define financial capability coaching as: “…a process by which people determine their financial goals and the pathways and tools they need to achieve these goals. Coaching recognises that people are experts on themselves, their lives and the outcomes they are seeking. Through the coaching process, people maintain ownership of their goals to create sustainable change and greater self-determination.” Training background and rationale This training provides both personal and professional development.
