If you work within mobile games, Pocket Gamer Connects is THE place to be. Whether you want to stay on top of the latest trends and technology, meet investors and grow your professional network, or pitch your game – PGC has it all. And this year it goes beyond veterans will be sharing their knowledge and experiences on several aspects of mobile, PC, console, blockchain, and VR/AR gaming, while the hottest indie devs get a chance to showcase their games at Big Indie Zone and The Very Big Indie Pitch and PC Indie Pitch (pitching competitions with awesome prizes and an excellent opportunity for exposure), the Pocket Jam game jam, workshops, and plenty more. As if all this wasn’t reason enough to join the conference there is also going to be an epic Pocket Gamer Party you don’t want to miss. New for 2019! There’s more than mobile at this year’s conference. Working closely with Games Helsinki, we’re introducing a dull day track dedicated to PC and console, called Big Screen Gaming, featuring speakers from Remedy, Housemarque, Raw Fury, Kickstarter, Superevil Megacorp and loads more. We’re also diving back into blockchain with a dedicated track featuring the likes of Animoca Brands, plus talks on VR/AR and 5G. You can find more about the event: IGDA Finland and Pocket Gamer want as many folks as possible to have a chance to take part in this event, regardless of location. To make everything more accessible and convenient for our friends outside the Helsinki area we are organising bus rides from hubs at certain sports around the country. The buses, provided by Pocket Gamer, are completely free of charge – you just need to register on the form below and turn up!
