This is FREE ******* Prevention training we can offer to anyone living or working in the Northern Locality. Connections: An Introductions to ******* Awareness – Introducing ******* awareness through exploring vulnerability, stigma and the contribution which substance misuse can have on physical health and emotions, leading to suicidal ideation. Learn the steps to be an effective helper to someone experiencing suicidal thoughts; includes practice, knowledge of resources and signposting. Please advise us of any dietary requirements. We will provide tea and coffee on arrival, and sandwiches at lunch time. Please be aware that photographs may be taken at intervals throughout the training and may be used in future promotions by Fresh Minds Education and funding agency (Public Health Agency). Please note that this training can be upsetting for those bereaved particularly in the past 6 – 12months and longer for some and can sometimes be upsetting or trigger emotions for persons with previous personal or professional experience of emotional distress and *******.
