Back for 2019 – our fantastically popular Christmas HEATED swim sessions! Swim and sing along to seasonal songs in 28 degree water in 1 hour time slots between 22nd – 26th December. We will be opening the following times for one hour slots. Please check when booking that you have selected the hour slot which is right for you: Sunday 22nd December – 2pm-7pm Tuesday 24th December – 10am-2pm Wednesday 25th Decemeber – 10am-11:00am (No pre-booked ticket necessary – Donations at the door) Thursday 26th December – 10am-3pm FAQs Are existing season tickets / multi-swim tickets valid at this event? No – this is a special event and season tickets / multi-swim tickets are not valid. You need to purchase a ticket in advance via Eventbrite. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Under 3s go free. Under 16s must be accompanied by a ticket holding responsible *****. *****/Child Ratio: Our policy is 1 ***** to 2 children under 8 in or out of the water and regardless of swimming ability: These supervision levels may differ from other pools but are necessary to ensure the safety of all bathers as we do not have a separate training pool. Thank you for your understanding. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Parking is plentiful and free, right outside the pool. Where can I contact the organiser with any questions? You can email info@ Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes, you can give your ticket to someone else but if they are under 16 they must be accompanied by a responsible ticket holding *****. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You will need your ticket as admission will be by pre-paid ticket only. However showing a confirmation of booking on your phone is absolutely fine. What is the refund policy? This event will go ahead regardless of the weather, so refunds will not be given under those circumstances. If you buy a ticket, but later find you cannot come, no refund is available but you may give your ticket to someone else to use. Tickets are valid only for the date in question, and are not transferrable to later events. In the unlikely event we are forced to cancel the event due to technical problems full refunds will be given. The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay? That’s fine.
