Renting a car in New Orleans as a means of getting around town during Essence weekend is not recommended. Parking on streets is not allowed and it is very busy. *** The Beauty events at the convention center which require a fee are NOT included in your free entry to the convention. The 2020 speaker/seminar schedule is not yet available. Registration instructions: $150 deposit.& $100 monthly payments….. When making the Initial Deposit, please choose number of people registering for using the drop down box. For 2 people, choose ‘2 ‘then fill out each person’s information on the registration form. Each person’s deposit must be paid during the Initial Deposit. Failing to do so, will result in cancellation of your reservation. For example, please do not choose Double Occupancy, then only pay deposit for 1 person. Payments are due by the last day of each month. Mandatory minimum monthly payments are minimum $100 per person. All packages must be 100% paid no later than Friday, March 27th, 2020. No exceptions. **Prior to making payments, please understand that due to strict contractual obligations, any and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason including but not limited to: personal reasons, death, illness, weather, deployment, Acts of God. We DO NOT offer travel insurance as a service. If you wish to have travel insurance, it is the sole responsibility of you the traveler(s).
