Easy Saturday South Shields Social Ride

Improve your cycling skills and confidence and boost your fitness. The ride is approximately 2 hours of cycling at a slow pace with lots of breaks and mainly off-road.  We are a friendly and open group, perfect for returning cyclists. You will need a bike for this ride. Please make sure that it is roadworthy. Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring along snacks and drinks for yourself. A bike lock and some money may be useful as we often stop for a cuppa and some cake! Under 18s must be accompanied by an *****.
