Are you a first-time home buyer or perhaps you have owned in the past but wish to own again? Did you know that there are First-Time Home Buyer programs in Contra Costa County and beyond? During this free workshop you will learn how to research these programs, plus learn valuable information about budgeting, credit reports, mortgage loans and the steps in the home buying process. Upon successful completion of this class you will be invited to a free coaching session where you will then receive a Certificate of Completion. The Certificate is often a requirement for down payment and closing cost assistance programs. It is worth it to take a Saturday to help make your home ownership dreams come true! Please arrive on time. Attendees who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to the workshop. No exceptions. Please note: This workshop does NOT satisfy the education requirement for the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development’s programs.
