The Coffee Origins Lab takes a broad look at the global coffee trade, outlining trade and consumption history, as well as difference among coffees worldwide. Students will learn about coffee agronomy, varieties, processing, production techniques, regional traditions, and the evolution of consuming culture. Students will taste the broad diversity of coffees in the world through several cupping flights. If you are a wholesale partner, please reach out to your local rep for the access code to this course.
