Coached Swimming Workouts – Winter 2020 M/W

This class will help you focus on your personal swim goals. Workouts are designed to improve speed, endurance and overall fitness. A coach will be on deck to provide you with your workout. Coached Swimming Workouts is suitable for those able to swim at least 1500 yds/hr or 10 continuous minutes; proficiency in free, back and breaststroke is recommended. Goggles recommended.  This class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 PM, from January 13-April 20, 2020.   **PLEASE NOTE: There will be no classes January 20, March 2 or March 4.  FAQs What is the cancellation/refund policy?
