Chris has over a decade of experience working as a Wellbeing Practitioner, providing both 1:1 support and in management capacities, specifically in further and higher education settings. He now delivers a range of wellbeing and ******* awareness programmes as well as providing 1:1 personal coaching as a Certfied NLP Practitioner. Sarah brings with her over 25 years experience working in public and third sector roles providing support to clients 1:1, most recently with Mind – the mental health charity, and with GDAS drug and alcohol service.
