Welcome to The Common Quest: workshops for entrepreneurs. We help you build your business. Build Financial Projections & Working Financial Model for your Business This workshop helps you create a simple, dynamic financial model and three-year projections to estimate the financial performance of your business. This workshop is intended for entrepreneurs aiming to develop financial projections for their new or existing business or wanting to validate an idea. We provide hands-on guidance, support, and feedback as you develop your financial model. We save you time and help you be more effective as you prepare your financial model. You’ll leave with a working financial model, and three-year projections, well-prepared to answer questions and develop financial scenarios. The workshop meets in two sessions over 3 weeks and has two optional Q&A calls to help you put together your presentation. The workshop also includes two 30-minute individual feedback sessions over the phone. To ensure effectiveness, the workshop has no more than eight participants. How it works: We start by identifying the revenue and cost drivers that affect your business and then estimating a range of financial scenarios. We provide guidance and feedback as you input those scenarios into a straightforward financial model. We provide model templates as a starting point for you to use.
