Join us the last Wednesday of every month for FREE yoga in the new art infused space, ArtBlock! Samantha’s teaching style is one that emphasizes yoga being for every BODY. She holds a non-judgmental space, and guides the group to make that connection between their breath and body. Yoga is a moving meditation, a time to let go of our daily lives and give ourselves time and space to relax, re-energize and let go. She is RYT 200 certified, but forever a student of the practice, constantly learning.
