Adelaide Cooking School- Middle Eastern Flavours

                                 Ever wanted to adventure to the mysterious lands of the Middle East? Arguably one of the favourite classes due to the vibrancy of the dishes, this class explores the flavours and history of Middle Eastern food. This diverse region incorporates influences from Arab, Iranian, Israeli & Jewish, Kurdish and Turkish cuisines, and harmoniously blends ingredients such as olives, honey, sesame seeds, dales, sumac, chickpeas, mint and parsley.   Cuisine in the Middle East is diverse and changes depending on the country. Some dishes are specific to one region, and flavoring techniques may change from country to country. Similarities exist, however, and some dishes are popular throughout much of the Middle East. In this class you will learn how to make the perfect hummus and gluten-free flatbreads to go with it and create a delicious tagine in less than an hour.   «For me, feeding people is about sharing my passion and love for food.
